The Kilowatt Amateur Radio Club (K0KWC) is dedicated to promoting fellowship, education, and community service through amateur radio. Based in Lamar, Missouri, the club brings together licensed operators and newcomers alike to share knowledge, develop skills, and support local events and emergency communications.
Our next club meeting will be on Saturday, February 14th, 2025, at the Lamar Christian Church, 1208 Walnut Street in Lamar, Missouri, at 10 AM. This is a departure from our normal 1st Saturday of the month due to scheduling conflicts. We will return, after this meeting, to our regular 1st Saturday of the month every other month. This is a one off.
The Kilowatt Amateur Radio Club continues to grow in participation and enthusiasm. Members are encouraged to join the fun, get on the air, and help promote the great hobby of amateur radio in our community!
