The Kilowatt Amateur Radio Club (K0KWC) is excited to invite all amateur radio enthusiasts, families, and friends to our annual ARRL Field Day event!
Date and Time: ARRL Field Day runs from Saturday, June 28th through Sunday, June 29th, 2025.
Location: Lamar City Park 1909 Walnut St, Lamar, MO 64759
(Small white shelter at the south end of the park, near shelter #5)
Look for the distinct white shelter—though it has no official number, it’s easily recognizable and conveniently located with two sets of nearby restrooms open around the clock for our use.
What’s Happening: We’ll have our famous Ham-mobile bus onsite along with club rigs set up for operation. Everyone is welcome—whether you want to jump on-air, assist in setting up equipment, or simply relax and enjoy rag chewing with fellow club members.
Bring a friend, family members, or anyone interested in learning about amateur radio. ARRL Field Day is a fantastic opportunity to experience amateur radio firsthand, gain operational experience, and enjoy great company!
