What a fantastic weekend! While we don’t have a final count of contacts yet, one thing is certain—we had an absolute blast! A huge thank you to everyone who participated at some point throughout the event. It was great seeing all of you!
A special shoutout to Dennis (W0HL) for making the portable tower available for our use. It was a game-changer, and it got us all thinking—maybe we could build our own version in the future! Time will tell.
We had four transmitters running simultaneously for most of the event—two QRP stations and two 100-watt stations. It was inspiring to see so many operators bring their own stations, many featuring homemade antennas or homebrew equipment. Some even had to troubleshoot on the spot, repairing coax or figuring out unfamiliar radios.
Despite the challenges, everyone pulled together, and the weekend was a great success. Thanks again to everyone who helped make this event happen. We couldn’t have done it without you!
